Allison Engel

Alli serves as the Senior Associate Director for External Relations in the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life, where she currently advises the Interfraternity Council. In her role, she oversees key partnerships both on and off campus, collaborating with Admissions, Alumni, Endowment, chapter advisors, house corporations, house directors, and supporting the office's communication initiatives. Alli also works closely with chapter regional directors and headquarters on matters related to local groups and leads extension and expansion efforts for all four councils. She has been a team member in the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life since 2017.

Alli holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas. A proud member of Delta Zeta sorority, she remains actively involved in a volunteer capacity.

Outside of work, Alli enjoys spending time with her husband, Dylan, their daughter Summit Mae, and their four pets—Diesel, Mayonnaise, Kuechly, and Sir Purr. Whether in the heat of summer or the chill of winter, she loves being outdoors and is often on the road traveling to visit family.
